Terms of Service

These Terms are an agreement between you and Canary Alpha Research LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“Canary Alpha Research”, “we”, “us”). They cover your use of our website, accounts, subscriptions and reports (the “Service”).

1. Accepting these Terms

By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy and our Disclaimer. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Service.

2. Who can use the Service

You must be at least 18 years old. You are responsible for following the laws of your own country when you use the Service.

3. Your account

  • One account per person.
  • Give us accurate information and keep it up to date.
  • Keep your password secure. You are responsible for everything that happens on your account.
  • Tell us right away at hello@canaryalpha.co if you think someone has used your account without permission.

4. Plans, subscriptions and billing

Our current plans are listed in the Pricing section of our website:

  • Free: our full Bitcoin and Ethereum reports.
  • Pro: $30 per month or $288 per year, for full access to our research, as described in the Pricing section.
  • Enterprise: $1,000 per month or $8,400 per year: everything in Pro, plus 3 bespoke reports each billing month (on yearly plans too), with research based on your questions. Unused reports don’t carry over to the next month.

Pro and Enterprise are not on sale yet. Until they are, the Pricing section says “Coming soon” and you can join a list to hear when they open; these billing terms apply once they do.

Pro and Enterprise subscriptions renew automatically each month or year until you cancel. Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number. We may change prices; we’ll tell you at least 30 days before the change applies to your next renewal.

5. Cancelling

You can cancel at any time. You keep access until the end of the period you’ve paid for, and you won’t be charged again.

6. Refunds

  • Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable, including partial months.
  • Yearly subscriptions can get a prorated refund for the full months you haven’t used, if you ask within 30 days of the first purchase or of an annual renewal. Email hello@canaryalpha.co. After 30 days, yearly subscriptions are non-refundable. Your access ends when the refund is issued.
  • Refunds go back to your original payment method through Stripe.

7. Bespoke reports (Enterprise)

  • Bespoke reports are included in an Enterprise subscription. Each request uses one of that billing month’s 3 reports.
  • We agree the scope of each bespoke report with you in writing before work starts.
  • We give you an estimated delivery time.
  • A bespoke report is still informational research. It is not personalized investment advice or a recommendation to buy, sell or hold anything.

8. Emails we send

We send service emails only, such as account, billing, security and report-related messages. You can’t opt out of these while you have an account. We won’t send you marketing emails without your consent.

9. Using our reports: what’s allowed

  • Reports are licensed to you for your personal, non-commercial use only.
  • You may not: share, forward, resell, repost or publish reports or excerpts; share your login; scrape or bulk-download content; or use our reports to train AI models.
  • You may quote short passages if you clearly credit Canary Alpha Research.
  • If you break these rules, we may end your account immediately, without a refund.

10. Our intellectual property

All reports, our scoring framework, ratings and website content belong to Canary Alpha Research LLC. These Terms don’t give you any ownership rights.

11. Acceptable use

Don’t hack, attack, overload or interfere with the Service. Don’t abuse other users or send spam through the Service.

12. Not investment advice

Our research is for informational and educational purposes only. It is not investment advice, and we are not a registered investment adviser. Crypto assets are high risk. Please read our full Disclaimer.

13. Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time from your Settings page. We may suspend or end accounts that break these Terms.

14. No warranties

The Service and our research are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows.

15. Limits on our liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for investment losses or for decisions you make based on our research.

16. Your responsibility for misuse

You agree to cover Canary Alpha Research LLC for claims, losses and costs that arise from your misuse of the Service or your breach of these Terms.

17. Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA. Any dispute will be resolved only in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.

18. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. We’ll post the new version with a new “Last updated” date, and we’ll email subscribers about material changes.
