2. We are not a registered adviser

Canary Alpha Research LLC is not registered as an investment adviser, broker-dealer or financial planner with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), any U.S. state, or any other regulator in any country.

3. Ratings, verdicts and timing are opinions

Our verdicts (Deploy Investment, Conditional Hold, Watch List and Avoid), scores, price levels and timing views are the researcher’s opinions as of the date a report is published. They are not instructions to buy or sell. They can change without notice, and they may be wrong.

4. Crypto is high risk

Crypto assets are highly volatile and speculative. You can lose all of the money you invest. Other risks include:

• Regulatory risk: laws can change, and a token or service can be restricted or banned.
• Liquidity risk: you may not be able to sell when you want, or at the price you expect.
• Smart-contract risk: bugs in code can lead to lost or locked funds.

Past research is not updated after the fact and may be out of date. Older reports reflect conditions when they were written. We do not guarantee any past or future performance.

Our research relies on on-chain explorers, third-party APIs and project documentation. These sources can be incomplete or wrong. We do not guarantee that our research is accurate or complete.

7. How we produce research

We use a proprietary framework and proprietary analytical tools, including automated and AI-assisted processes. The researcher reviews the results before publication.

8. Holdings and conflicts of interest

• Canary Alpha Research and its founder may hold positions in tokens we research.
• We disclose whether a position is held.
• Any position in a covered token is disclosed when the report on that token is published, on each report and on our Company Holdings page.
• When we close a position, we record that on our Company Holdings page too.
• We do not buy or sell a covered token within 48 hours after publishing a report on it, so readers see the research before we trade.
• Holding a token is not a recommendation to buy it. Our research is for education only, not investment advice.

9. Independence

We never accept payment, tokens or anything else of value from projects for coverage or ratings. We have no paid placements and no sponsored coverage.

10. Custom reports

A custom report answers the questions a client asks. It is still informational research. It is not personalized investment advice and not a recommendation to buy, sell or hold anything.

11. International readers

We have subscribers worldwide. You are responsible for following the laws of your own country. Nothing on this site is an offer or solicitation in any place where that would be unlawful.
